在過去我們提到行銷策略，「行銷4P」肯定是會被拿出來提的東西。但是到了後來4P似乎已經消費者意識的抬頭，逐漸轉化成4C...
4P:
出產品（product）、價格（price）、通路（place）與推廣 （promotion）
是一般業者企劃行銷組合（marketing mix）最主要的 4 個概念（4P）
4C:
Consumer Value、Consumer Cost、Convenience、Communication）
「行銷組合」是以市場「賣方」的 角度出發，並非從「買方」的立場思考，
買方真正關切重點在顧客問題的解決 （customer solution）、顧客的成本（customer cost）、便利性（convenience）以及溝通 （communication）等所謂 4C 的層面上。
朋友來的訊息變多了、品牌太多了、產品太多了、通路太多了、時間卻沒有變多。
我們要將4P、4C，進一步進化到4S，也就是:
